Residential Mortgage Loans

One of the Credit Union’s goals is to keep your closing costs down, whether it is to purchase a new home or to refinance your current home. We offer No fee mortgage products. This means NO Points, NO Application fee, NO Appraisal fee, NO processing fee.

Fixed Rate Mortgages - 15 year, 20 year and 30 year terms*

1 - 4 family (including Condo’s and Co-ops)	Purchases and Refinances on primary residence
First-time homebuyers	.25% under the standard rate
Co-ops	.25% added to the standard rate
Jumbo Loans	.25% added to the standard rate

Home Equity Loans

If you are looking to consolidate your bills, pay college tuition or do some home improvements, we offer both Home Equity loans and Home Equity Lines of Credit with minimal fees.

Home Equity Loan

Product type	Adjustable Rate based on the Prime Rate
Rate	.50% below the current prime rate
Rate Adjustment	Annually, on the first of the month following the one year anniversary of the loan closing
Term	5 years, 10 years and 15 years
Annual Cap	2% - Can increase and decrease no more than 2% in one year
Overall Cap	12% - The rate will never go over 12% for the life of the loan
Loan to Value(LTV)	Up to 90%
